Between the colors and her friendly expression, there’s all kinds of good energy going on with this headshot!
Miss J is down-to-earth, and kind-hearted, and this image perfectly captures that.
Such a beautiful backdrop of her neighborhood where she lives and sells real estate. Even though it’s intentionally blurry (she’s still the main focus), it sets the tone.
Love the quiet confidence with this soft smile. Absolutely beautiful!
Little Miss A is getting so grown up. She was in momma’s tummy for her first photoshoot – and then she was a perfect newborn model. She’s been in different tutus over the years, and I’m honored to watch her grow up through my lens. Miss A was a model for this photoshoot, styled by Behind the Gate Vintage Rentals, and she’s absolutely still a princess!
Gotta love those little toes in the background. And the set was ah-mazing!
She looks positively royal in this one – ready to rule her kingdom of teddy bears and dolls. ❤
This is a look mom knows. It must be hard to say no to this sweet face. Thanks, Miss A, for coming out to play with me and my camera!
Is there anything better than beachy waves and a little boho chic? I didn’t think so!
Abbey is a hairstylist, so it’s no wonder she rocks those locks!
Abbey is such a natural. I have a feeling she’s not a newbie to modeling. These are great portfolio builders!
Such a cute expression. And her boho dress in aqua is a fun switch up from white, especially when photographing in the great outdoors.
Had a great time photographing Chef Marissa of The Intuitive Kitchen. We tied in the red and black of her logo with props in the kitchen, and her wardrobe, and it all came together beautifully! Que magnifique!
Personal branding matters – it lends a polished, cohesive look to your website and marketing materials! And of course, we always want that personality shining through.
Simply. Clean. Stunning! Working with tween or teen models is so fun! While I work more often with grown-ups and professionals for their business headshots, doing model headshots for children allows for a little more fun and creativity – a touch more artistic flair, if you will. 🙂
True beauty. I don’t recommend makeup for girls under 15. A little mascara or a little tinted lip gloss is plenty. Unless acne is an issue, keep it natural.
Those eyes, I tell you! Blue backgrounds and clothes brought out the blue in her eyes – green brought out the green. Clothes that enhance the eyes are always a good idea.
Love the cute and sassy attitude in this. Great outfit and a super smile!
Miss B was referred by a friend, and I was delighted to make her acquaintance. She needed new headshots for some recognition she was getting at work, but had a trip planned out of country in just a few days. I was lucky to have an opening, and the rest they say, is history!
I absolutely love the clean and contemporary elegance and sophistication she exudes. As a C-level corporate woman, she has such a quiet power that is beautifully captured in the photo above.
Of course, it’s usually the close-up headshot that gets used on the company “about us” page. Done well, it should still command attention, and not be easily passed over.
Another confident, friendly, and approachable business headshot. Of course, you’d like to do business with Miss B!
And before we ended, we had to just kick off the shoes, and take a more casual approach, curled up in the chair, with the lovely sweets peas in the background. This was a photo gifted to her hubby! 😉
O.M.G! How precious is she? I don’t think it gets any better than this. Little Miss E “posed” like a pro with her little princess crown. :)
She’s a sweet little bundle – and was already having a good hair day! ;-)
The photo above and below are Little Miss E in her strong daddy’s arms. She’s so dainty in the top photo, holding her hands like that.
And is there anything better than cute, squishy, baby wrinkles? I think not!
One parting princess photo. Sleep little baby – welcome to your loving family. ❤
I had a great time working with Behind the Gate Vintage Rentals on this super cute Christmas set! And how darn adorable is this little fella? 🙂
Look out mom – this sweet face would be hard to say no to!
Just stop! He is too cute for words!
This was not my first time working with Betty. She’s an accountant, who was ready to refresh her brand and her website with some updated headshots. So that’s what we did!
I do love helping style my clients. Sometimes I pull together outfits they never would have thought go together, but it all works! Then sometimes, you get a client who is naturally stylish, and has perfect accessories to go with everything. That’s this lady! Look how she pulled together that colorful necklace, which is tied into the other bright colors. Nice!
I love how clean and sophisticated the white-on-white is. White generally washes out skin tone, BUT, when used strategically, so that everything is white EXCEPT for you, then YOU become the focus of the image. And isn’t she lovely?
And there is never anything wrong with showing that confidence – and a touch of sass!
Meet Nina – she has a loving and vibrant soul, and we had so much fun planning her personal branding photoshoot! As a relationship and business coach, she helps her clients get past the blocks that are holding them back.
So much good vibe action in this shot! Light and love! 🙂
Crisp and clean, like a new day. Great way to start the day, week, and year – and work on your goals.
Why yes, I will make just about anything a pretty background! Clients are often surprised when I ask them to stand or sit in front of something mundane, and then they see how I made the photo turn out – what you see is not always what I see! 😉
Such a pretty portrait!
What a way to wrap up a photoshoot! Couldn’t have asked for a prettier sunset. And this confident billionaire pose is the cherry on top!
